The night before Easter Kenneth and Chanze went to bed before I did. I got their baskets ready and when I was done filling them I placed a towel over them so they would not be able to peek the next morning. I also placed my basket out so Kenneth could fill it when he got up.
The next morning when Kenneth got up at 4:00 Chanze got up also and wanted to see if the Easter bunny had come yet. Kenneth told him he could look as long as he didn't touch anything and he went back to bed afterwards. Chanze ran to the kitchen and saw the baskets for him and Kenneth and also saw the empty one that Kenneth had not had time to fill yet. Chanze wanted to climb in bed with me so Kenneth said he could if he went back to sleep because they had scared off the bunny and he needed to come back to fill mine. Chanze climbed in bed with me and woke me up he said, " mommy, the Easter bunny had come and someone in this house has not been good and it was not me!" I laughed because that was so adorable. I love that boy of mine.
